Terms of Service

By accessing or playing Pinpoint, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply whether you play as a guest or with an account.

Pinpoint is intended for players who are 18 or older, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that using a play-money prediction game is permitted where you live.

Coins in Pinpoint are a virtual, in-game entertainment feature. They have no cash value, are not your property, and are licensed to you for use inside the Service only.

Coins cannot be sold, transferred, cashed out, exchanged for money, or withdrawn, and they carry no value outside of Pinpoint. We may adjust, expire, or reset coin balances as needed to operate the game fairly.

Pinpoint may offer optional coin packs for purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your full card details. When you buy a coin pack you are paying for virtual coins used purely for entertainment within the Service.

Because coins are delivered as a digital entertainment feature, all purchases are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. Purchased coins remain virtual and keep no cash value. We may change coin-pack contents, pricing, and availability at any time.

You may play Pinpoint as a guest or by creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, or restrict access, if we believe the Terms have been violated or to protect the integrity of the game.

You agree not to:

• Cheat, manipulate outcomes, or exploit the in-game economy.
• Use bots, scripts, automation, or unauthorized third-party tools.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Harass other players or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

Market prices, charts, and outcomes in Pinpoint are simulated and/or delayed and exist solely for entertainment. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, or trading advice, and you must never rely on it to make real financial decisions.

Pinpoint and all associated software, artwork, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game for your own entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinpoint will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Because coins have no cash value, any liability is limited to the amount, if any, you actually paid us for coin packs in the preceding period, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands (BVI), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
